Colour contact lenses for sale for Cosplay or Dressup now available from our store or via pre arranged delivery. Lenses cost between R250 and R550 per pair and lense cases and solutions are R35 each. The colour contact lenses have a shelf life of five years.

A refundable deposit is required on top of your hiring fee of roughly the same amount as your hire fee.
We accept credit cards or cash for refundable deposits. If you give cash for your refundable deposit you will receive the deposit back in cash. If you pay your deposits with a credit card this will be refunded back to your credit card on safe return of your costumes ( Please make sure the items are returned within the seven day hiring period or a late charge will apply). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING THE SAME CARD WITH YOU WHICH YOU USED TO PAY FOR YOUR RENTAL ITEMS INITIALLY. We cannot refund a different card to the one that was used for the hire as the bank will place this money into a suspense account. If you do not bring the same card back we will have to refund you your refundable deposit by EFT into your bank account.
The hire period is seven (7) days or part thereof (i.e. Whether the costume is used for an hour or a week it is the same price). Hired Items kept longer that the stipulated hire period on your invoice will be charged for accordingly as “LATE RETURNS”.We regret no confirmed bookings over the phone or via email unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner or manager at their discretion. Customers need to visit the shop, try on the costumes to check whether they fit and are suitable for their requirements and pay for the costumes in full if its for a future date. Please contact the owner or manager if you wish to make an alternative arrangement regarding bookings for a future date.
PLEASE take note that NO COSTUME ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED until proof of payment by EFT has been received before or on fetching your costumes. Deposits paid by EFT will be refunded back into your accounts via EFT.
A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE LEFT FOR EACH AND EVERY COSTUME OR COSTUME ITEMS HIRED. Unless prior arrangement has been made, we are no longer able to process manual deposits with credit card vouchers to facilitate these deposits.
Deposits may be paid in cash or we can process the entire emount via your debit or credit card and then on safe and timeous return of ALL the items you hired, within the stipulated weekly charge on your invoice, we will refund your deposit back onto your credit card. Please note, it takes five to ten working days for the refundable deposit to reflect in your credit card account.Please bring the SAME credit card or cheque account card you used to pay for your deposit. We cannot refund onto a different card as your deposit will go into a suspension account! PLEASE try and pay your deposits in cash. This way you get the cash back immediately on returning your hired items. ONLY in the event that you paid your deposit by CASH may we refund you back in CASH (unless prior arrangement has been organised with the owner or manager). The reason for this is that we, as a company are compromised and burdened with extra debit and credit card charges for banking the refundable deposits into our accounts. Credit cards and cash are accepted for refundable deposits. If you which to arrange payment via EFT before fetching the costume items, this can be arranged in advance. UNRETURNED OR LOST COSTUMES WILL BE CHARGE AT THE FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE THEREOF AS WELL AS PENALTY CHARGES AS PER THE STIPULATED WEEKLY FEE.
